The GDG provides a safe inclusive space for anyone, of any skill level or discipline, to come along and meet like-minded folk who are either in the industry or are just starting out and looking for someone to help them along.
LEARN
Not only will members have a space to catch-up and have a chat about games, they also learn how to make them! From programming all the way to marketing and shipping, the GDG will guide you into the game developer that no one ever was.
PLAY
As we are all students in the school of life, we want to apply what we’ve learnt in a meaningful impactful way. The GDG has an active thriving community discussing all things game dev as well as events where you get to jam out games, see kiwijam.org and globalgamejam.org, or get to play the games people made in our game night sessions.
